How reviews work here

  • Guests write these reviews. Each one says whether the writer booked, contacted the site, or only looked at it. We check each review before it appears.
  • We do not publish reviews about the hotel, abusive ones, ones with someone's personal details, fake ones, copies of another review, or ones written by the site's own people or by its rivals. We remove a published review for the same reasons.
  • A booking site can reply to a review about it. Its reply appears under the review, with the site's name, and we do not check it before it appears.

How we check reviews, and where our money comes from: How booking works here.

Think a review breaks these rules, or want a review you wrote removed? Write to us at info@mudief.net. To have your own review removed, tell us the booking site, the day you sent it and the language of the page you wrote it in.
