Terms of use
Last updated 26 October 2026
Mudief Hub shows hotel stays that other booking platforms sell, so you can compare them in one place. The booking itself happens on the platform you choose.
Our role and the platform’s role
We are not a hotel, a travel agent, or a party to your booking. When you press “Book on …”, you leave this site. The booking, the payment and any cancellation are between you and that platform, under their terms.
Prices and availability belong to the platform
Every price here is the price that platform published, in the currency they published it in, as it was the last time we read their listing. We add nothing to it and take nothing from it. We do not check whether a room is free. The platform confirms that when you book.
If the information differs
We take care to copy each listing correctly, but a price can change, or a hotel can stop being listed, between our reading and your visit. If this site and the platform disagree, the platform's own page is the one that counts.
Photos and descriptions
Hotel photos and text come from the platforms that list them. If you own a hotel or a platform and want a photo or a description corrected or taken down, write to us and we will do it. If you are a booking site we work with, use "Report a problem" in your dashboard. We check reports once a week.
Reviews of booking sites
Guests can write a review of a booking site they booked through, contacted or looked at. A review is about booking through that site: the booking, the confirmation, payment, customer service and whether the price was right. It is not about the hotel, and it may not contain links, email addresses or phone numbers. By sending a review you let us publish it here with the name you chose, and show it to the booking site it is about. We cannot confirm that a writer booked. We check every review before it appears. We do not publish reviews about a hotel, abusive ones, ones with someone's personal details, fake ones, copies of another review, or ones written by a booking site's own people or by its rivals, and we may remove a published review for the same reasons, or when its writer asks. Booking sites pay us when a guest presses “Book on …”, but that never changes which reviews we publish or remove. A booking site can reply to a review about it. Its reply appears under the review with the site's name, and we do not check it before it appears. The same rules apply to a reply: it is about the booking, and it may not contain links, email addresses or phone numbers. We remove a reply that breaks these rules. A booking site may invite its customers to write reviews of it, but it must invite all of them, not only the happy ones, and never offer anything in return.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
