About this hotel

Beit Al Zaafran was built in 1836 and later restored from an Ottoman palace, keeping its coloured stonework, its Damascene hall and its inner courtyards with their fountains. The five-star hotel stands in Boulad Lane in Bab Touma, among the old churches, mosques and bazaars of the quarter. Its twelve rooms and suites are arranged around the main courtyard on two levels, linked by a side staircase, and range from superior and deluxe rooms, some with a terrace, to deluxe and executive suites. A room for two has two single beds and a private bathroom.
